A blush studied to give a natural finish and colour in just one stroke. Fast and blendable, thanks to a new fusion of texture and primary packaging that makes it easy to coat and adjust complexion’s overall tone. This product glides on cheeks and cheekbones leaving a nice comfortable feeling.
I have been trying a lot of blushes lately, but I have never used a blush stick that can be used on lips as well as cheeks. I recently got the lip and cheek blush stick from Colorbar and loving it to the core! Here is a review on it:
MY TAKE ON COLORBAR ALL-DAY LIP AND CHEEK COLOR BLUSH STICK- 004 CORAL SUNSET
Packaging: The lip and cheek blush stick comes in a retractable and sturdy tube. The tube is pink in colour which depicts the shade of blush. The cap is a press-close one and fits perfectly. The compact size and tight lid makes the product travel-friendly.
Texture: The lip and cheek blush is soft and creamy, glides on the cheeks and lips smoothly and is blendable using fingers.
Shade: The shade- 004 coral sunset is a soft pink colour and not actually coral. It looks kind of nude-pink on the lips and faint pink on the cheeks.
Fragrance: The lip and cheek blush has a faint chemical smell mixed with sweet smell- a mixture of both.
How I use and staying power: i use this at the end of my makeup routine after using a compact powder. I simply twist up the lip ad cheek blush, swipe it 2-3 times on my cheeks and blend it using fingertips. I then apply 2-3 coats of this on my lips since it is not very pigmented. The lip and cheek blush looks kind of nude-pink on the lips and is very moisturizing. Surprisingly, it does not make skin oily!
Now coming to the staying power, the blush lasts for 3-4 hours and fades after that. It does remain on the lips all day long, even after meals.
