What the brand says: Clear skin is just a step away with the Innisfree’s Skin clinic mask – vita C. This fine delicate cotton mask with functional whitening improving benefits contains vitamin C derivatives to brighten your dull skin, leaving it looking clear and healthy.
The sheet mask comes in a pretty matte and metallic packet unlike real squeeze masks. These sheet masks are thinner and come neatly folded in a thin white plastic sheet inside the packet. The real squeeze masks come alone in matte packets which is why this one is priced a bit higher. The packets are easy to carry around and can be used whenever and wherever you want.
The mask comes moist and soaked completely in the non-sticky liquid.
The mask has a very mild citrusy and soothing fragrance
How I use and after-effects:
I took out the thin cotton mask from the neatly folded plastic film and placed it on my cleansed face. You are supposed to keep the sheet mask for 15-20 minutes but I let it work longer, for 30 minutes after which the sheet dried up and then I had to remove it. This never happened with Real Squeeze masks. Skin was still wet with the liquid so I massaged gently for few seconds and my face was matte in no time. I could not see a brightened face but skin did feel smooth and soft. I went to sleep (afternoon nap for 1 hour) and washed my face and could see a bit brightened face, it wasn’t miraculous though. I had 2 new pimples emerging and the inflammation was almost gone! More than brightening, I feel the mask made my skin calm and had a soothing effect. The brightening effect will be prominent when you use this mask regularly, which is going to be a costly affair (I mean, INR 150 for single use???).
