Line your lids with vibrant colour with our new Vivid Brights Liners. Available in nine incredible shades, these pro-level liners deliver instant and intense colour payoff.
Packaging: The liner comes in a pretty thin tube with long wand handle. The liner tubes are coloured according to the shade so it will be easy for you to pick out the liner from a stack of other similar liners in your makeup bag. The tube is lightweight and easy to carry around.
Texture: I don’t quite like the texture of this liner. It feels like paint and dries super quick. After few hours, it might even chip or crack like paint but won’t come off.
Shade: Initially I was very upset with the shade ‘Escape’ that I received. The colour on the pack looked pretty neon while the actual colour of the liner is pastel dull light green. But I was very happy with how it looked on my lids. All the shades in this range differ in pigmentation. The darker colours are well pigmented whereas the lighter ones are not. This particular shade is not very pigmented so you need to layer it in order to make the colour pop.
How I use and staying power: Since this is coloured liner, I was a bit sceptical whether it would suit me or not. It looks pretty when you apply a very thin line over the lids when used alone. You can experiment and make your own designs and pair it with other coloured liners. I applied this on top of my black liner and it looked nice. You can also get all the colours and make a rainbow liner which is in trend now.
The liner has a thin but blunt tip so you cannot really make very sharp designs. It dries pretty quickly so you need to hurry up with application. If you layer it more than required, your lids might feel heavy after it dries. The liner chips and cracks but will stay put all day long. It is not waterproof and comes off easily with water but it did not smudge even a bit.
Overall I like the shade and the fact that it is very long lasting and smudge proof.
