What the brand says: A peelable lipstick that leaves behind a transfer-proof tint. Clinical tests show color lasting for 12 hours, reduced dead skin and improved hydration. Never smudges, easy to apply and includes ingredients good for lips.

Packaging: The lip tint comes in a squeeze-tube with small-sized nozzle that dispenses the gel easily.

Texture: The lip tint is in a thick gel form and is very sticky. It takes a lot of time to dry and forms a stretchable gummy film.

Shade: The shade ‘Bubble Pink’ is a pretty pink colour that makes your lips look bitten. The shade is nice no doubt, I only wish it stayed even all day long!

Fragrance: The lip tint has a very weird sweet-plastic smell which I totally hate!

How I use and staying power: To use, exfoliate lips well and pat dry. Apply the gel evenly on the lips making sure it does not get outside the lips. Let it dry completely for 10 minutes and peel it off gently from the edges. Let it be as it is or top it up with a clear gloss.

First and foremost, the lip stain is not at all easy to use! like, you have to carefully apply the gooey gel onto your lips making sure it is only on the lips and not outside, let it dry for 10 minutes and then peel it off! how time consuming and cumbersome that is! The stain does look good initially but it has no moisturizing effect so if you have dry lips, you need to apply a lip balm mandatorily.  As the day passes and you have meals and snacks, the stain fades in patches and lips look horrible. it does not transfer at all but it fades eventually making your lips look weird. You need to rub a lot using a makeup remover or micellar water to remove the remaining stained patches which can worsen your condition if you have dry chapped lips. I would rather use a basic tinted lip balm or any other good quality twist-up lip stain or Benefit Benetint!
